This is just the Symbian SDK using the borland compiler. You dont realy get to use the interface builder to make the app. Whats more the SDK for Visual Studio is a bit better right now.
That being said I'm going to a Borland/Nokia dev con next month where I'll get the new version of the dev kit which uses C++BuilderX and is suposed to be much better.
Whats more SCSI can reorder to commands to optimize head movment. So if you have FILE1:FILE3:FILE2 on your drive IDE will have to hit the first file, then the second and then move the head back to the third one while SCSI can see that reading the third file before the second would be faster and optimize the head movement on the fly.
I like hoe you trimed the term "most" from my statment. Or are you going to claim that most Palm powered PDAs are not running at 160x160x4bpp? Of course you can get higher res and larger screens. The point is that these phones do not make half bad PDAs.
The Nokia series 60 phones (nGage, 3650, 3600, 6600, etc) run the symbian OS and have basic PDA functonality as well as the ability to run third party software. They even have built in blue tooth so syncing to a desktop system is a snap. However, they cost a bit. If you dont want the built in digital camera they are not realy worth the price.

I use my high end iPaq PDA which I built out of several broken ones to keep track of my D&D charictors. But then again, I'm a bit of a geek.
There not expected to, they just can't return any results for the trademarked versions of the word. Why the trademark holder would want this is unknown.
Do you realy think that only "broke students" are pirating software? Grow up, Adobe, Autodesk, etc lose a crap load of money each year from people pirating their software. Please explain why they SHOULDN'T try to protect there stuff.

So being able to slow down time and reload a shotgun in less then a second is "realistic"? You need to lay off the pills boy.
Lots of things, GPS and photo editing come to mind (thats what I use them for) but I'm sure there are other things one can do with a computer out doors.
Acording to Panasonic it does, but hey, what do they know. I've used both iBooks and Tough Books. The Tough Books are much MUCH tougher. However most people have no use for that. However there is no other notebook that I'll go hiking/kayaking with.
Do you even know what civil disobedience is? Its not breaking the law and then acting shocked when you get arrested/sued. Its not breaking the law and then bitching about it on slashdot. Its when you break the law and are willing to pay the consequences in the hopes that you're position will be recognized by the general public who will then work to get the laws changed.
You want to protest copywrite laws through civil disobedience? Great, then here's what you do. Share gigabytes of songs, get sued, refuse to pay and go to jail. Do not bitch about how unfair it is, you knew what you where doing and you knew the consequences. Just go quietly to jail and your supporters on the outside can start making "free TyrranzzX tee-shirts".
Nice and all, but what I need is a way to keep a 3COM Corebuilder 3500 layer 3 switch quite. The dang things keeping me up at night.
Shoot the mall guy and then pistol whip the script kiddie who thinks he's making a diffrence by defacing a web site.
I think I like the Nokia 3650 better. Smaller lower res screen but its cell phone size. This thing looks like its bigger then my PDA.

Given that MSN is IE based what did you expect the links to open in?
DLT? You heathen, go with AIT. I even use it at home (ok so its AIT-1, but 70GB per tape is good enough give the 160MB/min write speed).

The screens on the Nokia series 60 phones is 176x208x12bpp and larger then most Palm screens which run at 160x160x4bpp.

Fair enough, Borlands giving me a copy at next months Nokia dev con' so I didn't check the price.
Ah, that makes a bit more sense. This was all setteled in the US thanks to the Laser Tag VS Photon law suite.
Screw that, check out C++BuilderX. It can cross compile to Linux, Windows and Solaris x86.
No, its French.

So the iBook has a shock mounted hard disk, is water proof and has a magnisiam shock resistant case? Since when?
PS: Panasonic specs on the W2
Well, its a tough book. Last I checked powerbooks where not water proof and couldn't survive being driven over in a truck.
