    I assume you are speaking of the Animatrix animations. If so you should know that those where done AFTER the second movie and thus did not start teh Matrix line of thinking.

    People didn't buy Kylix so the're dropping it, big deal it was never that good to start with. Use C++BuilderX which can cross compile to Windows, Linux x86 and Solaris x86. Kylix was never as good as Delphi and I for one would rather use C++ with VCL objects.

    Be was allowed the segment of the market that consisted of people who wanted BeOS computers. That this was a market too small to support the company is not the fault of Microsoft except that they (MS) make a product that more people want. BeOS was inferior in many ways that mattered, drivers, hardware support, networking, printing, software, and general interest.

    Netscape and Be both had inferior products (and I say this as a once registered Be developer). Please explain how this is/was Microsofts fault?

    You want mouse pads? I think those are over in section B-12 isle 13. What you want to do is head north past the snack stand, being sure to pick up some bottled water since you?re going to get parched on this journey. If you reach a pile of returned VIA motherboards you?ve gone to far and need to turn around and go back until you see the adult DVD rack. Turn right at the DVDs and head west until you reach the refrigerators. Then go south to the cell phones, back north to the motorized scooters, turn right at the Tesla coil go up the stairs to the TV display and ask for a guy named Jack, he totally knows where the mouse pads are.

    I swear I've found the remains of lost shoppers in some of the unused corners of the stores.

    Even worse, if it was a copy protected audio CD that damaged Apple hardware it would be the CDs fault. However if its a Linux CD that damages LG hardware, its the hardwares fault.

    As far as I know there is nothing in the open source world that would have meet the needs of the developers in this case. So are you all suggesting that they should have done nothing?

    Yea, you could keep this person in your closet and drag them out when ever you need to engrave somthing. I've allways wanted a gimp, and and engraving gimp would be at LEAST twice as used as the older models.

    And you know what? It will. Blocking unused outgoing ports is a good thing. Most attacks on systems result in the attacker useing an outgoing port for somthing like FTP or reverse telnet. All systems I administer have outgoing ports blocked, this gets rid of many potential attacks.

    Based on the CEOs I've worked with in the past I dont think this will effect the level of their education. They'll just have had to go some where else to blow 4-6 years of there life without learning anything.
