Your company requires you to give out personal information on the internet (aka having a facebook account)? Time for a new job, but then the damage is already done since you can never really get the information back once you give it away.
They can only keep track of the information you willingly give them. If you really thought Facebook was a charity, thats your own fault. If you realized they are a for profit organization, how did you think they made your money if not with the information you provide them?
Its PETA, they've been insane since day one. They euthanize animals, while declaring they are for animal rights. Their leder takes insalin derived from canines, while saying that no animals should be used for medical research. They want animals to be treated like humans and be covered by the same laws, which would result in them all being locked up for indecent exposure and public indecency.
not as far as they did. Or at least not in my totally non-legally binding opinion. While there are some jobs in which you are never truly off the clock, once you're on your own time and outside of the business environs you're privacy should be covered by that whole 4th amendment and other stuff. Unless of course as per terms of employment you give consent.
I used almost no bandwidth. I got one dvd at a time and very rarely watched streaming video on my phone. The new price plan was much more expensive for the same service and streaming to 'devices' was an added charge. No thanks. Account closed.
Did you know that the senate and the office of the president are not the same things? Most of us had this explained in grade school, but it seems some where bussy eating paste.
It is the senate republicans that are trying to do away with all science, art, education and health care under the guise of fixing the budget. Not sure why they're doing it, but they do seem keen on the idea.
Really? Cause if I write a piece of software I can sell it more then once. Its almost as if creating something is different then doing work others pay you to do.
Since you cant share ownership of an internet account, someone has to have their name on the paper work. If its you, then its your account and you are liable but also in a position to dictate change. If its him, then its his problem.
If its so unique, then you should have no problems listing its unique features. So far I've not seen any such list. Apples own filings are just a picture of a rectangular touch screen computer with rounded corners and a camera.
"once you shrink the thing 10% vertically both units are nearly identical"
Different size, different layout, different aspect ratio, etc. If you're going to claim they are the same, how about you list the similarities other then "rectangular with rounded corners and a camera on the front" which is all I've seen Apple claim so far.
Yes, it does. Your right to protest does not override my right to travel and conduct business.
Then perhaps they've changed how it works, but last time I checked you needed iTunes. Without it you're stuck on the configuration screen.
Lets add to this that an iPad (for example) WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT A PC TO HOOK IT UP TO.
You must have a computer running Windows or MacOS to use an iPad. Without iTunes they are bricks. Expensive, shiny, bricks.

which is close to what they're saying I guess.
Which is why they used the term Nippon and not "Nips". Much like some people with darker skin may be from Nigeria.

At the very least it would warn you that the application was not in the white list and ask if you wanted to add it.

So...
1. Pay 50$ "insurance" get free iPad.
2. "Lose" iPad on eBay.
3. Get new iPad.
4. GOTO 1.
or do I just not understand air shows?
Change it to what exactly? The whole point is that the merger would reduce and in some cases eliminate consumer choice in celular carriers.

and yet they already have dedicated clients for "those ithings".

So no add-block, no firebug and no no-script? No thanks.

That's like saying they could have an option to simply not store your credit card number. Insanity!
Did you know that "Macs" and "Safari" are not the same things? Just asking, cause you seem confused.
