Is the Subject field removed?
Is there an application that removes the offending sections of the email before the goverment sees it?
Can we see the source code for this application?
Who runs the application?
Is it the ISP?
Or does the government remove it?
Who is overseeing the process to make sure there are no constitutional violations?
Do you trust Ashcroft to police himself?
