But seriously, once the artists start getting the respect that they deserve from the companies, the business model will follow. Just look at the explosion of home-based studios and smaller record labels. We're all tired of the BS and are taking matters into our own hands napster.
The point of these boxes is to be small, and unobtrusive as possible, correct? (See Apple G4 Cube) P4 + DDR SDRAM? I guess all of us could use a few more degrees in our computer room saunas.

The network (Innosphere) doesn't seem all that reliable. I picked one up about 3 months ago, and have gone through multi-week periods where it didn't work. It makes me wonder about a company that takes 2+ weeks to respond to an email about connectivity issues. Oh wait, I could just call Singapore with my.... oh..... nevermind.
The hardware is quite good (quality-wise), perhaps it's time to go with Fobbit(?)

I believe there was a popular british model called the Amphicar. Pretty cool looking, but you had to use the tires like rudders to steer.
