OMG, its about time this has come up. This is happening in the USA and its called gangstalking. Look it up on google. Ill let you know now that many people whom are victims of this crime can not accuratly describe it, and many times their ideas of what is happening become deluded. This is reflected on their websites. I have been a victim for about 4 years, and im about to become homeless, because it has runied my life. I have been in contact with many victims whom all experience the same harassment. Ive heard that if you try and talk to the police or the psychologist, they will think you are crazy and put you on meds. This happens because the only way you can describe it is to tell them people are messing you with you. That immediatly puts up a red flag in their head. I hope some people take some time to look into this crime. It is spreading fast, and it needs to come to light.
Slashdot should have thier own grid computing project, it would lay down ownage over all other grid computing projects. We should have a poll on the project we are considering dumping our clock cycles into!!
I feel the breath of big brother breathing down my neck every day. I think its because I shared a dorm area at my college (cal state long beac) with a suspect character. The school chooses where your dorm room is to be located, its a radom process. After a while i got to know the guy and found out he was a palastine refuge, whom was also studying comparitve religion. He was touchy about me picking up his Koran, but he was also a real character. We often had arguments about clashing belief systems. I am christian. This was all pre 9/11. I am from alaska, and had never met a middle eastern person, nor did i know anything about there culture. I just thought he was wierd. I was walking back to the dorms from class when 9/11 incident occured, the day was very surreal. It felt like I was living in a story book world. After a few days had passed and much discussion had occured, it was known that my friend, his name is Iyad by the way, was sympithetic to the terrorists cause. I really didnt think much of his oppinions, although I did tell my cousins, and a few other people about his views. Along time has passed since then, and now Im as paranoid as ever with just reason. Things are not the same anymore. My cousins, at the time told me to turn him in, are very distant in love from me now. My world has been turned up side down. I wish I could explain how my daily interaction with the new people around me effect me. I am part of a special program at my college were only about 20 people are accepted a year. The major is called industial design. The environment is very closed. I feel like im the victum on micro trauma, a technique used to induce Disassociative Idenity Disorder. I find my car door unlocked and left slightly open some times, when i know for a fact I locked it. Its a buch of small things that add up to psychologial stress. I know the more I talk about it the more I look like i need to be put on meds. How do i get out of this mess. I know for sure im being fucked with. What do I do? O ya, the National Security Agency decided to run a couple undercover classes in our department as well. My classmates have encouraged me to sign up numerous times. Im fucked.
I have had no problem with the overall flow of the game. I have played both games, and they both keep the player moving at a good pace. I never feel stuck for to long. When i am stuck, i few minutes of looking around and putting on your thinking cap gets me over the blockade. My advice is to not spend to much time in one area, and RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!

Slash dot should offer to mirror the webpage for a small price before they run the article. If the company opts out, thats their problem. Dont subscribers have a 5 min lead time to view the articles before a majority of the slashdot population does. This would give you enough time to contact the owner of the web page, informing them of the sudden increase in traffic about to come. Then offer them the sales pitch, explaining how you can mirror the site temporarily to relieve them of the bandwith overload, and still keep the much desired publicity.

why do we have to constantly improve our technology to keep ourselves in check. We are going to eventully build a prison around aroud our own lives. We are to caught up in life, to care about our family and neighbors, and never take the time to really get to love them. Instead of talking about our problems with on another, we are going to just point fingers, and say "off with his head."

Now that i cant download mp3's, programs, and movies for free, whats the point in paying the $30+ a month? there isnt one.
(The record companies should be sueing the dsl and cable companies for providing free passage on there networks to pirated goods)

Carless wire tapping will some how turn into a corpate espionage tool. Give yer brother bill whos a cop a couple bucks, get access to the competitions phone wires, walla!! corpate espionage.
