I too think that is wrong for mozilla.org people to start using the firebird name. But when looking at the consequences did it really hurt that much the one and only firebird? It surely make them more known, didn't it?
A) Somewhat true. Why should they cooperate fully as long as they follow the rules and agreements? What are thoughts of the iraq war? Should all european union countries have gone to fight the war?
Basically, the US is pointing out that the Galileo system is a dual-use civilian/military system. If it is used by an enemy the US might be forced to take it out. Instead, they're giving the EU the option to design it to play nice so that there are more options in a war than just shooting it down or letting the enemy use it.

I think you've missed the very important part. RHEL is not available as a free download. No binaries. Certainly no ISOs. Simply a release of the source, to fulfill the letter of the GPL.

I started to calcute how fast glaciers will increase 1m the sea level etc. but then I noticed that the same trend of 0.1mm yearly contributions will not stay if the temperature stays the same. The area of melting will slowly become smaller leading to smaller contributions.
but how do I pay? Credit card - no, not possible since I am a student. Paypal - no, I have heard too many stories about lost money, insecurity etc. Other ways?
America went without the acceptation from UN to Iraq. I think that is the thing that most people hate. USA didn't sat around the table and worked it out there.
Now it's requesting help to Iraq from other nations, ofcourse only if they agree to be under the command of american troops.
