Except at that cost it is even better than buying at 7.25 hours, so we are just seeing hyperbole for something that they are already looking to do as an excuse. there is also the overhead associated with Baxtor, maintenance/repairs, constant re calibrating, that bun is off by a few inches will screw him up.
I take it you are just a troll, because you cannot really be that ignorant. I guess you have never seen those middle aged people serving at "applebees" or any of the other places..
And how many of these "fancy expensive restaurants" are there, I cannot even find one where they make six figures.
Spoken like a true AC. The statement makes no sense. Removing the subsidies would not make more people work, it would mean those working at poverty levels would need to either work more, or get paid more, to live. You do realize that not many people who dont work get these subsidies. The vast majority are those working.
Typically reported tips go off receipt costs. They cracked down on that years ago when I was working for tips for the reason you just mentioned. There is probably some overage, but not as large, or any where as large, as you make out. There is a reason why wait staff tend to like restaurants that go to a 15 or even 10 minimum wage and no tips, because they generally make more.
This is not about "unskilled labor" This is about the minimum cost to do business. Business owners like to talk about the "market" but the market does not, and cannot fix this issue, because the government subsidizes "the market", which is really what this is about. We need to get this subsidy out of the market and put the proper minimum wage in place, such that if an employee is working 40 hours a week he can make a minimum living. If your company cannot pay for someone to live at that then your company is not viable.
And historically that has not exactly been the case. Min wage increases have typically been paid for by increase in prices, but also by cuts in profits.
It is fixing a problem, not causing a problem. It is fixing the problem of society subsidizing businesses. Paying the proper "minumum wage" such that an employee can live should be a requirement, having the government pay to keep them afloat is the problem.. If you want "the market" to fix the problem then you have to fully let the market fix the problem, by removing that subsidy in the form of government benefits for your employees, then and only then can the market fix itself, and you wont like it, because it will be a higher wage STILL.
Wouldnt it be more like allowing bill gates to move your car a few inches because you double parked and prevented him from parking where he is legally allowed, and needs to park?
However what is the damage here. IS google liable for any damage it causes as a result of messing with ATTs equipment or not? If not then there is a problem, if so then I dont see the problem.. Well I can see a small problem, but one that can be overcome.
The man is the founder of a company with a terrible privacy record and you are surprised? I am more surprised that he does not realize you cannot create a specific solution for this that is not also a general solution for all phones.
What problem with the cords? You mean the ones with aftermarket vendors? Just research the ones you buy.. And I know the difference in speed. I would rather have 1 cable in each place I can charge allmy devices then carry 6 cables with me. Dont forget the cable will be workable with pretty much all devices.
Exactly, I bought Tivos when I was younger, hoping to get better features and no monthly service fee for the boxes, ended up saving maybe $1 a month with the card over their boxes.
That really shows that this is about politics and not governing. The GOP has decided to stop governing and take their ball home if they dont get exactly what they want.

Because a BS pays, on average, considerably higher than $15 an hour.

The top median salary for tips is about $15 an hour.... (including hourly wages), so not sure where you get this "quite a bit better than" nonsense.

You cannot upgrade the food though. The reason the food, atleast at this time, can be automate is because it is cheap prepackaged food.
I have had to pay workers and I support sjames's comment... Your appeal to authority argument is a fallacy.
So to you "may be gone" somehow equals "will be gone"?

You are not exercising your personal liberties if you are taking away others liberties, therefore it is not really ironic.

G5, plus Type C USB
until you change your password remotely.
I am with you, plus the whole Type C vs microUSB (2.0) Samsung still does not want to get rid of.

if they did that then they have to advertise the real cost of the service, and not the 100 megs for $50 *hidden $100 per month to rent modem
Have they ever done something like this? This is different from having a ideology issue. they can listen to the budget and then reject it.

No, it has value because the people says it does.
