    Not to mention the logic that if A=B and B=C than A!=C As in the test works to disprove the prior art in Apples favor, but is not applied to show that samsung could not have infringed on the patent for the same reason.

    Not really. We are not an insignificant group in the tech world. We are the support reps, admins, developers, bosses, and coworkers of many many people. We tend to be the more tech savvy and more then likely have large numbers of friends and family who come to us for advice for tech purchases.

    I read the document, and the name is very misleading. That is not a fact finding document, but a recommendation document.

    because if it was not about the money they would not have turned down something that was > inflation, and demand almost 2 times that, with no evaluations. And in the private sector salary increases are always about effectiveness, even when talking about inflation, which is the only non effectiveness reason I can think of you mean.

    Just because something has proven valuable in the past does not mean it isnt dragging you down in the present. Not ALL unions are bad, but the vast majority is. you can tell the ones that are.. The ones that refuse to let bad employee be fired, refuse evaluations of employees to determine if they are bad, and the ones whose leadership are high payed members of the corperation

    And you sir are throwing up a strawman. Salaries are an important part of it, otherwise they would not be asking for so much. If it is part of it then throwing it out there is not a red herring. In addition you cant just not evaluate teachers. You have to figure out which ones are performing and which are not. The red herring argument is really the ones about the parents. My parents were not educated or capable to help me with much past the 1st grade, yet I still scored in the top 3% of my class year over year, because I had great teachers. (btw I had free lunch)

    Then they should be treated like such, with no tenure, add evaluations, quarterly, and tie pay to it. No promises of pay raises. I mean you are not just selectively arguing are you?

    And what about the music that predates '09? what does it matter who owns the account if you can copy things.. Yes they are being much more bad here, but mainly cause they can typically get away with it.

    So you want to have to have a paid sub for each website you go to, or maybe a 300 basic broadband account or how do you expect companies to pay for all these services that you get "free" now

    Except that software patents are basically disallowed by the constitution and only allowed because the courts allow them to be there. Therefore being biased against software patents is consistent with being biased towards the facts and the law.

    And what about in a state like where I live, NC? Employeer "I want your facebook information" me "no" Employeer "ok you are fired" me "doh!" a lot of states are right to work states where they can fire you for nothing if they so chose to. Even if not they can find something to fire you for in no right to work states.

    Why wont they? They own a distribution platform now. If they sell the games through that platform what is to stop a user from selling back their rights to the game and GS sells it to another player.The only thing to stop that would be in game accounts tied to a CD key, which most games still dont have.

  25. Because even though our founding documents says that all men are endowed with inalienable rights, the our government only recognizes those rights to US citizens. This means to our government can treat you by lower standards then it is require to treat us. Even though it would love to lower the bar for our citizens to your level.
