So what you are saying is first of all there is no right to an expedient trial? Strike one against our constitution
The is also talking about a dismissal of the charges, so even if they charges are dismissed they are still able to hold on to the assets to um research the same charges... So therefore strike 2 against our constitution.
When weight against our constitution I think the arguments are WEAK.
such a bad example. actually here it would be the opposite. It is more apt to say that the sign 3 miles back stated 55, but then you passed a city limit sign and NC state law clearly states that in a city limit, unless otherwise posted, the speed limit is 35.
In the EULA you agree not to exploit the system.
Actually the rules of the game are not the software. That is the hardcoded rules, which may or may not have bugs in it. The rules are whatever blizzard says.
let see,
New competition spend time and money rolling out manufacturing and doing research to catch up to the established monopoly, china drops prices just long enough to run them out of buisness, then raises them again.. Yep, looks like it can be sustained in the long run.. All they need to be able to do is make back the money of the dump during the gouging.
If you think Microsoft gets all their money when you guy "software", especially when you are talking about cloud services you are sorely mistaken. That is the reason they bought out aQuantive a few years back, was to get more into the private data/advertising game.
That only works if Motorola decides to allow just a US license, what if all they offer is a worldwide license? That would mean that Motorola could bypass the US courts in other jurisdictions to put pressure on someone to buy the world wide, even if their patents are invalid in 1 or all of the other countries.
You are thinking like an American who does not understand that things in other countries do not work the same as they do here.. In Germany Motorola would have to explicitly tell the court to enforce the injunction, which if it now does the judge here can punish them. Here the injunction is automatically put into place.
No, they are arguing they have jurisdiction because it originated in the US AND it was over a WORLD WIDE licensing deal. If it was over a country specific licensing deal it would not have been this way.
If you read the article the problem is the US court is already reviewing these same patents Motorola won in Germany, however because Motorola is offering MS a worldwide licensing on those patents here in the US, and not a country based one, the US court need to make its ruling. IF Motorola had just been offering an US licensing agreement the court would not have done anything because what happens in Germany would have no bearing on the case. As it is if they did not do anything the German court would have had influence on the US case.
If you dont want a US court to have influence in Germany then you should not want the opposite.
Freemium does not "Always" work. It only works on games designed specifically for them, and games that are massive flops, and even in those cases it is not guaranteed.
Blizzard would not make more money off WOW using this model then it does off free to play.
Almost all (and I say that even though I have not seen a good freemeium game, but cant rule them all out) games of this type of in general trash that cators to people who just want to pay to win, not to have an experience or to see a story.
Thats labor savings
Labor cost $7. Most of the cost comes come from material. You are not going to lose the over all margin by raising costs to $20 for labor.
Sad thing is they are in the red due to "hollywood" accounting. There is no way for them to make a profit, because the industry itself does not want them to make a profit, to limit how much they pay to people like Jackson.
Your logic there is fairly flawed, numerically. If they were to take 50% of the taxes you paid to pay for your NHS bill then the rest of the tax payers would have to still make up for an additional 5b. Either way, if the numbers are correct, you are using a disproportionate amount of the tax money.
They decide to have a blackout and come back online to find out that they had an emergency vote and decided to get SOPA through while no one could see what happened.
One thing, it is not a "legal" agreement, it has nothing to do with the law, and can be found illegal. Binding may be the word you are thinking of. In addition if it was the latter, take down anything you want, that would make it unilateral.
It is the same thing here, but this is not that same situation. These people are not elected officials, they are staff of elected officials. Here I pay you to influence your boss sort of thing. So even if the elected official gets any money out of it, it is very hard to trace .
Lobbying and voting are 2 separate things..
Lobbying and campaigning, now that is about the same thing. The thing is however that in campaigning politicians are lobbying you for a vote, however you should vote for the person you believe in the most to run the country well. The difference is they are not paying you to vote for them, and when you get done voting you dont have a 6 figure job waiting for you.
One day? really? I hate the police state the US is becoming, but if it had not gotten stronger in protecting its boarders it would have been a lot more then 1 day.
Actually no, I dont sign this.. It is short sighted and idiotic..It is like someone praying for lower gas costs.
China is not the cause of our problems, we are. Deflate the economy, so we can compete.Minimum wage is a good thing, constant increases are a bad thing.

re read the summary. It said it sold the shares for msnbc TV, not msnbc.com, back in 2005.
I want my phone to work as well, however I want it to work how I want it to work, not how apple wants it to work.

Wait google uses patents to sue competitors? Please link to such a lawsuit...

Of course you have never written a message like that, he used proper grammar in his emails. 8)

No, however it is the only country who openly tries to do it themselves and calls it patriotism, while condemning others that do it all at once.
When was the last time that Greece have a large terrorist group try to destroy it?
