It looks as if my company realizes that nobody gets paid enough to be able to place a bid on this site. They've gone ahead and blocked it so we won't be tempted to bid on items out of our price range. How thoughtful...
The emails are sent to / received from the Space Station at certain points in the day. It only happens periodically because there has to be the correct satelite coverage for transfering larger amounts of data. Before you go claiming that email is relatively small, so why wait for larger pipes, think about all of the other data that is more important that needs to be transfered off. Telemetry, Voice, Video, etc.... I'm sure crew email is at the bottom of the list.
I believe that team, Team ENSCO just blew a tire. They were doing very well and on pace to win I think until they had a mechanical malfunction, not a computer malfunction.
After playing Halo 2 for about 2 weeks now, I have a few comments. Mainly, it's the same thing. Differences:
(1) You can hold 2 weapons
(2) You jump higher
(3) Multiplayer levels are much bigger (and too big in my opinion)
(4) Battle Creek is now named Beaver Creek
(5) A little better graphics
(6) The Energy Sword... ohh the energy sword
However, I don't think it's worth the money for those few things.
Besides the release of SP2, what has Microsoft done recently to actually boost its image? Hurting the image wouldn't be so bad if they tried to do good things every now and then.
I do have a screen shot to prove it to. On another occasion, I got it to say 0 seconds but I pressed the Pause/Break Key instead of the print screen key Doh! Mind you, my times are based on my amazing sense of when the screen is going to turn green.
First you can order your 3D keyboard, and now you can buy a 3D monitor. Along with the instructions on how to make a 3D mouse that were posted a few weeks ago, you could have a pretty interesting setup. All you might need is some sort of 3D printer, like one of those prototyping machines.
One of the coolest experiments I saw with optics involved either a big glass "beer" mug or a glass coke bottle. You fill the mug or bottle with coke or anything dark and show how it looks full. You then put the bottle/mug in a fish tank and you can see how thick the glass is because the light does not bend as much when it goes from glass to water. Very interesting. For a permanent display you can incase a coke bottle in Acrylic or something like that.
Just select all, copy and paste somewhere else. Then you'll be able to see what's under those black squares right?

Looks like Verbatim and Imation already have their LightScribe DVDs out.
That would be the part that was in French.

Anybody else tired of the SCO?
