hmm... Finally OS X achieves what a portion of the linux community was dreaming for, a stable, configurable unix-based OS with a user-friendly GUI. OS X will make my job a lot easier, users get access to MS Office and I get NIS, vi, ipfw, etc.
No mention of what the future holds with respect to SGI and IRIX. SGI has great tech, too bad if they really do invest more into Intel/Linux solutions.
Fuck you. Like duh, read my comment you putz, he surely had intelligence available to him about the portion of the Cold War before he was prez.
Consider this a punishment for all the shit he pulled on the american people for 8 years, (and for "Bedtime for Bonzo"), and a pre-cursor of the agony he is going to feel when he rots in hell for all of eternity when he finally dies.
Though I don't care at the moment, gonna buy an OS X machine next time around. The new G4 imac looks snazzy, plus OS X is exactly what the linux community was trying to achieve. open source is good, but it worked against itself with repect to a lack of centralized code base. OS X is a great blend between both open and closed source
whatever, my heart bleeds for him. As former leader of the free world and with all the intelligence available to him, with such things as Grenada, the whole Cold War, firing of the Air traffic controllers, etc, blah, blah, blah, he doesn't deserve my sympathy. Anybody who holds that level of responsbility should have compassion for the people he leads,a nd be thick-skinned, because its all a game of cat-n-mouse and political back-stabbing for their own personal gain.
Hmmm... this would never fly because if it ever came close to a reality someone would cliam a patent on it. Web-based would never work because it would have to be designed to avoid those pesky hyperlink licensing fees (ha ha) and the linux and BSDs couldn't afford that.

I guess the CIA figures it is safe to put these on display now, because Reagan can't remember what any of it is or what they did with it.
yea.. my suggestion, jet-assisted takeoff. that will get it off the ground.
