Well some colors that are on the paper money in certian countries are just obsurd. To quote one Simpsons episode, about Latin American money: "Our paper money is so gay." I hope the US won't have to stoop that low.;)
Mac OS X: Mozilla will not run when the application is installed on a UFS partition. The workaround is to move the application folder to an HFS+ partition and it will run correctly.
So you could just make a HFS+ Disk Image, but that's just a pain. And what about mounting your hard disk in OS 9? No dice. I say keep the HFS+ scheme.
From the news site: The association sent a letter in the last day to Netherlands-based ISP TrueServer, and the site went dark some time Thursday, European time, Litvack said. TrueServer and Film88 could not be immediately reached for comment. But according to a note on Film88, the site is down because of technical problems.

...Do this the other way? If they use DHCP to assign IP addresses and the like, could you steal^H^H^H^H^Huse brodband? Although this should not be as easy, is it possible? Anybody wanna try it?
Programmers put in tons of effort to create a game. Musicians put in tons of effort to create a CD.
Yes, but the thing that you don't see is that the artist only gets paid something around 10 to 30 cents. Cents. Where as I'm sure the actual programmers are paid much more, ie something like...10 to 30 dollars. Dollars. I'm sure these days it's much less, but still, it's more than 10 cents. It could just be me, but I think that the root of this problem is the greedy bastards at the RIAA and record companies.
All the worm does (or all that is known) is that it opens the benjamin.xww.de web site to display an advertisement. I would guess (and love;) that it would do more...although I wonder how much money the writer is making...
This is something I came up with a while back. If you're going to ban the sale of violent video games to minors, why not ban violent books to minors?
But the thing that you don't see is that books are a passive, or so to speak, medium. What happens in the book is the author's decision. What happens in Unreal Tournament is the player's decision. What you're saying is sorta like "If cars were bad for minors because of how they drive them, lets only let them have one that drives itself. Yeah, it might crash, but all cars crash some time or another."
I totally agree that many books have lots of violence in them. But one of the big factors in teens is doing something themself. How do I know? I'm 13.:D Actually, when I'm angry, I just fire up Unreal Tournament, and in 15 minutes I'm not as angry...
Just make an Applescript that launches automaticly ("Folder Actions") when the folder is opened (which automaticly happens) and trashes the guy's HD...no Autoplay. Anybody think of that?
This just looks like another ATH0 hack. Check out http://216.239.35.100/search?q=cache:7TqncCwNansC: www.psc.ru/sergey/bgtraq/HARDWARE/ath0DoS.html for more info.

Two sites that I look at often are TigerDirect.com and PriceWatch.com. They both have great deals, and many products available.
