Here in Orlando, cable is way faster than dsl.. (at least for around $50/month worth of service).. my cable is 2mbit down and 360k up.. and I regularly get these rates, even during peak usage.
When you do a statistical test, you can do it one of two ways - figure out how wrong you can be (say 5%), and figure out if your data passes this threshold. Or, you can figure out the "p-value" of your statistical analysis. This is the exact probability that you are wrong. So, conceivably, you can be realllllly (approaching 100%) but never completely sure.
If you don't have the $10k to set up a Pro Tools studio, check out Buzz at www.buzzmachines.com. You can set up virtual versions of your instruments and run them through effects, etc, then run all those into the master. It's very intuitive, give it a try.
I've read it. So have many of my friends. We probably don't count though!
Hahah, I've seen that at Animal Kingdom in Orlando. I held the door open for it and let it into a building. :)

Another book with more intelligent chimps is The Uplift War by David Brin. Very entertaining.

I'm sure it's happened at least once. If there's one thing humans are good at, it's breeding.
He added it, just in the other direction!
