What does knowledge of "bible theory" (whatever that is) or being able to recite bible passages have to do with being Christian? It's not like being able to recite paragraphs from the PDR and knowledge of anatomy makes me a physician or pharmacist.
What passes for "Christian" in America today, probably isn't
Myth. You're subsidizing an inefficient business model propped up by payments disbursed by government. "Fatties" (or any other label) are demonized to keep you from realizing that inserting a middle-man between patient and provider automatically increases cost. There are more people to be paid in the managed healthcare model.
"Managed" in this context is actually clever advertising.
I know your response if the "correct" one, but people realistically don't have that much time. Ideally their time is supposed to be spent productively, not bureaucratically.
I'm thinking about the quote from the Jurassic Park: "No, I'm, I'm simply saying that life, uh... finds a way. " People will find a way around perceived road blocks, much to the consternation of IT. Absolute control fails absolutely.
Revolution is different. Most are amateurs, not professionals. Increasing the degree of difficulty is fact their opponents are. Properly designed in this context is pretty simple. If you survive, it was "properly designed". You make it sound like they didn't read the Chilton Manual for revolt.
Drug addiction always comes from a need that cannot be filled by the addict otherwise.

A bit OT, but applicable to where this thread has gone. The aggregate of recoveries suggests that there are alternative ways to fill those needs.
Not that I'm opposed to drinking (or drugs) as a solution. I spent my late teens/early 20's pursuing "need fulfillment" in just that manner. Heck, if it hadn't stopped working, I'd still be doing it.
"If you start to feel differently about the company you work for and the people you work with, you'd be surprised how your language changes," says Ed Stroz, co-president at digital-risk-management firm Stroz Friedberg LLC, New York. The company, like other consulting firms such as Ernst & Young, makes technology to examine linguistics.
It's usefulness is being touted by those selling the software:
It appears that if you are a private person, you look like you got something to hide. I'm afraid that wanting privacy will be a black mark...
You don't need to be so afraid of what others think. There will be attempts by others to check you out. It's using technology to try and determine if you are in some way a threat.
If their check doesn't turn up anything, then "great". They will be just as overworked, rushed, and stupid as everyone else. The threat in this senario is more overarching laziness than anything else. No one is really interested in you. They are really interested in covering their asses if in fact you turn out to be a criminal (or in your example a bad employee)

Over course, there are places in this world (fill-in-your-own-example-of-a-violently-represive-regime) where the check and any perceived threat discovered will be dealt with more harshly.
Tell me, what is the big bad, evil Googles going to do for me for sending email through their server?
Provide that information (whether by court order, simple sale, or some other mechanism) to someone who can do other things besides "target you with ads".
... Worst, all those nice tech advance we have ? They make for an easier power grab, and putting the citizen in place. Those who think that a revolution will be possible in the future, in case the gvt grab too much power, are deluding themselves. I forsee a bleak future.

Wrong. It takes an act of congress to declare war.

This kerfuffle is about someone wanting to be on the board, and that person manipulating hatred of dishonesty to try and get what he wants

Life isn't quite so clean as that.

he's wearing no clothes? This comes across more "covering my ass" than addressing a real need/vulnerability.
Ratings are a means to an end, (in this case controlling access to a game) not an end itself.
Now, if you want to make the case that opposing ratings keeps meddlesome busybodies from minding other people's business, then I can see your point :)
They never pick up behaviors from those around them. Like their parents. Nope. No sir. It's the games.
