Funny that you mention Alternative Tentacles.
The last 2 CD's I have purchased were Dead Kenedy's albums.
The only reason I mention this is that the last album I purchased before it was Garbage 2.0
In a sense I could say I'm boycotting Music and the RIAA, but I'm not.
Music Just SUCKS these days!!!!!!!
Long live the COOL local Bands!!!!!!
I have only used the update for a couple hours.
My observations:
1. Has not broken anything.
2. Seems 'speedier'
3. I enjoy using OSX more every day.
4. iDisk still seems slow.
Final score: 3 out of 4.
the new operating system has not been so hard to learn.
OS7.whatever was just the same when I bought my 6100/60 way back when.
Overall very pleased with it.
Still needs to have some rough spots worked out.
My G4/400 had almost 50 days of uptime before installing the latest update. PS
I know very little of UNIX, but I am learning.
I hope it works as well as the 'Bomb app' on the Developer tools CD.

$cientology was able to force MP#.com to remove all of this bands music critical of $scientology.
Very funny band out of Texas.
I wonder if George Jr is building the DeathStar
somewhere out in the Desert???
Just think about it
