May I point out that telephones do infact use electricity. In fact some phones are even digital so don't try any of that digital equivalent garbage either.
This is not an upgrade, its merely bundled discounts. The boxed configs for the original Mini's were impractical for normal people. It was either 499, 599, or 899(for the top end one). The two cheaper models did not have enough ram but the top end model had everything.
Honestly, I'm glad they did not upgrade the video card on the mini. I just bought one 2 weeks ago(right outside of the 14-day return window) and I did not want to have to fight the apple store to take my mini back.
As always the more skilled you are the more useful you are to the company.
The problem today is that people(like myself) are now arriving in the job market who have grown up with the computer. At age 5 i had a keyboard at my fingers. This computer upbringing gives this many of this new generation of workers a serious edge. I had advanced skills in Windows and Unix by the age of 16. At the sametime, there are many people I know my age who are absolute Windows Guru's but couldn't get a directory listing on a *nix machine if someone typed ls for them. The different between myself and my friends was merely attention span. At the core of it we all found it extremely intuitive and had a gut feeling of how things *would* and how they *should* work.
My perspective is, in the world of Technology one should never put all the eggs in one basket. I could become a CCIE one year make $100k but Cisco could screw themselves real hard and I am out of a job. My goal is to not get blindsided by a technology shift but to always be looking down the road to see where my skills need adapting.

Does anyone know when GTA 3 for PC is coming out? On a tangent, has anyone had success running any of the older GTA's in wine?
