use a normal fan to cool down your CPU and issolate the air-stream and connect it to a water-cooling-system-stuff-or-something, the issolating will reduce the noice, and because you can move the air-stream to any place u like, the water-cooler can be put away from the electronics and create a save system.
So, who's going to patent this? this technique will be called überfan(TM), and will be copyrighted by aww.. forget it.

What I don't like is that a country choices for Windows and later says about it: "awh, how cares", quite some taxes can be saved between choising for it and not (especially really poor countries wich can probably offerd a single computer and a simple printer to do their country's administrative stuff), the government(s) must stop their ignorance about that fact (especially my Dutch government wich sometime is bothering about really unimportant stuff). Let's save money, let's make people smarter, let's choice for open-source, isn't it?
It's just marketing ! this is what Apple and M$ have understood long time age.
well, Apple understands look for quite some time now (since their cool iMac, well OK that's not completly true, couse if they really didn't care about looks they wouldn't have a GUI), but MS, well imho they didn't seemd to care a lot about look, really, their Win9x looked quite nice but not like funky & flashy, now with their Windows XP, they seem to care about looks, just like Mac, really, without all that Macish (read, MacOS X & iMac) stuff nobody would care about looks and Windows XP would probably be called Windows 2002 and looked just like all the previous Windows.
Before this will be getting modded down: if it was without that previous mentioned stuff KDE 3 would probably looked just as boring as WindowMaker (maybe even worse) and everybody (=the-non-geeks) would still be looking 100% at the amounts of Ghz instead of how well it fits in their living-room!
nice idea in theory, but as we all know even if a standard is standard Micro$oft won't follow it hundred procent and (surprise, suprise) it will only show up correctly under M$'s o-so great products. They did this with HTML, and if a standard like that will come they'll do it again, why? Couse they wan't every f***ing person to use (=buy and upgrade) their product. Do you know what kind of rubish Micro$oft MTML editors spit out? And how "compitable" M$ MTML viewers are with HTML, such a standard would be a BAD idea, couse Micro$oft WILL screw it, on the other hand if Micro$oft isn't allowed to screw it (by some kind of court), then it will be really good (not for Micro$oft ofcourse, but how cares about those suckers).
I must agree with it, for school I often have to make typed stuff. And for the basic MS Office (wich those suckers at school use) is OK, but when you want to make some advanced documents (like overlaping pictures, text & some nice effects) & still be able to EDIT the document without everything getting jumped to the other side of the doc. M$ Office REALLY sucks, long live Star/OpenOffice if it comes to that!
