Well obese is one thing but society's idea of thin is what I consider anorexic. Most of the supposed "beautiful" women on TV and Movies need to gain about 10 pounds or so, they look sickly. I don't want to be able to count every rib.

I feel abortion is wrong but have come to conclude it is pointless to argue the point. Instead maybe we could agree to do something to make it unnecessary. The number of unplanned pregnancies in the US every year is Insane. Maybe we could just work together on that and then most of these abortions need never happen.

20% in 10 years? I'm a little skeptical about a lot of the claims for solar payback but this sounds a little low even to me. Most of what I've researched puts full payback at 8-10 years minus government incentives. I think with the attacks on coal resulting in higher prices it may move down to 5 year payback as energy prices go up. I think improvements in the next decade may make solar take off at long last.

No. If it's a right wing party in power then the national media will stay on top of them like stink on shit. ABC, NBC, CBS and CNN will run continuous stories about the scandolous behavior of those right wing politicians and demand an end to the coverup. Look here, we have the IRS admit to being guilty and liberals line up to say that the IRS did nothing wrong. It's mind blowing. I fully believe that President Obama could rape an 8 year old girl on the White House lawn and MSNBC would say it was a neo-conservative plot and find a way to make it Bush's fault. Not that the President would do such a horrible thing, I actually kind of like the guy on a personal level he seems like a good person. Sadly good people seldom make good presidents (Jimmy Carter).
