Even claiming to posess Antrhax spores would bring you a plethora of Federal anti-Terrorism charges, not to mention an army of moonsuit goonies. IMHO, he'd be much better off reading up on how to disable spyware. If he were to launch any attack on this "Male Enhancement" company, they'd prolly finger him immediately as he's already bitched to them a bunch.
My real question is WTF was he doing at a penis enlargement site in the first place? Surely he'd be aware that penis enlargement "companies" are a scam.
Probably the same reason the machines in The Matrix use human beings for power generation. It's fiction. The machines would be much better off using nuclear power plants.
The 'electrical storm' in Xmen 1 was a field of radiation. Started by Magneto, he then 'handed' the machine over to Rogue. The purpose of the radiation field was to turn all the Senators and Politicians into what they really are - Mutants.
The trick is knowing they're watching you in the first place. If you don't know they're listening, how do you know to start playing movie soundtracks, or to turn the radio on high volume when holding a "sensitive" conversation?
SCO just doesn't know when to stop. To show how ludicrous they are, make a timeline in your head of all the SCO threats. Also, a list of every company/non-profit organization SCO has threatened would be an added bonus. To get started, do a query. Hell, a compilation of all SCO threats made this year would be even better.
Game not available because the Frogs cleaned out the local gamestore for not complying with their language policies? Look no further than broadband my friend! PC, PS2, Xbox, and GBA games - all in English/Engrish. Be sure to tell the local Quebec politicos that they're losing money because of language bias. Meanwhile, in the US, businesses can sell stuff in whatever langauge they want.
The real question is, will IBM be left with a bad taste in it's mouth like Nvidia, and further reference being IBM's failed 'deal' to coop OS/2 with Microsoft.
Not all the stores that sell GTA3 are game stores - Target, Walmart, etc. make tons of money selling video games. And despite all the PR they put out about making games available only to the appropriate age group, it's a bunch of BS. I worked at one of the highest-grossing retail stores in a certain Southern city, and most of the cashiers are teenage girls. All you have to do is flirt with them the entire time they're processing your purchase(s), and they're too distracted to read the ESRB rating. Easy as pie.
I play all my console games @ 480p on my VGA flat panel, via an HDTV >> VGA adapter I got at Lik Sang for $79. And since it won't be long until Xbox2, PS3, and Gamecube-sequel are out, I think the whole PC-graphics-look-better-than-consoles will become moot. Why? Because the upcoming crop of game consoles will probably support 720p for most of their games (about 1024x768). And if they support 1080i for their smash-hit games (1920x1080!), I think quite a few people might actaully pause and think before they go out and pay $300 or more for a video card so they can play games like Doom3 at a high resolution.
Or you can use the MechInstaller. It's a savegame you have someone put on an Xbox memorycard. Just boot up MechAssault, load the "save game", and run uns*RDd code.
If I were a large monoplistic software company, I would compete with Linux by making a next-generation OS based off BSD code to preserve market share. Why? Because anyone can take BSD code and use it for whatever they want, as long as they give credit in the source code. So the company could dupe FreeBSD code for desktop, server, and enterprise applications. And then cover their bleeding rear - security - by using OpenBSD's security and netcode. But that would put that company on the edge of a cliff, positioning them closer to opening the source code for their OS.
So once that company realizes there's an Open Source "candy store" full of BSD code, it just may be irresistable for them.
Yeah, rite! It's up to $9,700 now! Is this an exercise in copyrights or stupidity?
Actually, it's an exercise to post an ebay auction to Slashdot and see how high the bids will go. No seriously, what else would you expect from posting an ebay auction link on Slashdot? Mere spectating?
Even if SCO did guarantee a refund upon their suit being proven invalid, SCO probably wouldn't have any money to refund. They'd probably lose it all from losing the case (and thus paying court costs).

Flash can already do this - even the version available for Linux. Now, whether this actually would record anything is another matter.

How many girls do you know that play games? Or better yet, girls that play games who don't weight >200 lb.
If I'm so "addicted" to video games, guess how much I'd miss my Xbox if a supermodel showed up on my doorstep wearing nothing but a fur coat?
>IBM walks into Xbox Next meeting room.
ATI: "Big Blue!"
IBM: "ATI!"
>ATI exec pulls Gamecube out of briefcase.
IBM: "Together Again!"
*ATI merely bought the company that designed the GPU for Gamecube, hence the ATI sticker.

Google link, no organ trading required.
Clarification: The upped resolution of 720p is only on Xbox.
It also supports 720p, aka 1280x720.
It says the lobbyists have too much power in goverment.
Or maybe a guy with a gallon of milk got assaulted by a guy with only a liter of milk. Pure jealousy. At at gas station.

Plus if you're in the Air Force or Navy, you don't have to worry about being sent on patrol on the Baghdad city streets.

Part for part. No variation between XBoxes.
Erm, MS has made Xboxes v1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. Read about the differences.

Yes, because those "poor boys" are downloading their games off p2p nets.
