By my understanding the amount of money in the US is decided by the US federal reserve, which is not quite a government run organization. But rather a "quasi-governmental/quasi-private bank" organization. That in practice seems to be largely controlled by the private banks.

it told me sux was not installed but that I could install it by installing some package or another.
That was Nirvana for me with 7.04.
Other then that the sound continues to work when I switch users, the WiFi is now 100% instead of 75% and the new intel video drivers mean the OpenGL stuff actually works.

I hope 7.10 has some equally cool things hidden in it.
p.s. anybody know if 'ionice' is installed by default yet?

Sure, it might be illegal under the US constitution, The actual US constitution is actually silent on the subject of succession, However there was a big bloody war fought over it and since then it has been de-facto illegal. Lincoln did this to finance the war, and it is one of the easiest ways in existence to massively transfer wealth from the rich to the poor, and to value work above capital wealth.

This is what actually happens at political debates, QA sessions, etc...

When the opportunity comes for the public to ask questions, the moderator usually has to assign a time limit before hand.

The "Questions" from the public often take up 99% of there 2min time limit with a rant about something, in an effort to "Frame" the question, followed by the mic being cut off, or a hurried question at the end.

in reality real news journalist do this also, its just they usually don't have a hard 2minute barrier to deal with.

This is done (in part) because politicians don't answer the question being asked. They answer the question they wish was asked on a related topic. The ability to "Frame" the question properly makes it harder for them to avoid or duck the question.
