    To a regular Joe. Acrobat means something. Kernel # means nothing.

    They go by the letter of the law, not the spirit, and we all suffer.

    unfortunately, the letter of the law often defines it's spirits, in day-to-day affairs.

    that's why having lawmakers in your pocket, and ace lawyers on staff has always been so profitable for the corporations with enough capital to pony up.

    if anything, their brand is being enhanced. i for one would never use a piece of software i knew to be spyware...

    but let's face it; most of the jobs that Photoshop is being used to create don't use many of these features.

    Easily. Flash is dynamic authoring tool that can be used to increase a users interaction with, and enjoyment of a website. Yes it's been abused often, but that is the nature of bad designers, not a bad design tool

    As opposed to this crap, which is just an advertisement that has very little potential to do anything other than distract.
