Have you looked at http://trafficserver.apache.org/, which is Yahoo's frontend proxies that they open sourced and donated to the ASF a few ears ago? Pretty sure it does keepalive proxying.
Good god! It has a 157dB blast. I guess the kids went through two pairs of pants... first from wetting himself with excitement, then from crapping himself after hearing that *boom*.
For those, like me, wondering what Eiffel looked like, here is helloworld:
class HELLO_WORLD
creation
make
feature
make is
local
io:BASIC_IO
do
!!io
io.put_string("%N Hello World!!!!")
end --make
end -- class HELLO_WORLD

Also, this interesting tidbit from the comp.lang.eiffel FAQ:
QEIF: What is Eiffel?
Eiffel is an advanced object-oriented programming language that
emphasizes the design and construction of high-quality and reusable
software.
Eiffel is not a superset or extension of any other language. Eiffel
strongly encourages OO programming and does not allow dangerous
practices from previous generation languages although it does
interface to other languages such as C and C++. Eiffel supports the
concept of "Design by Contract" to improve software correctness.
Beyond the language aspect Eiffel may be viewed as a method of
software construction. Eiffel is an excellent vehicle for software
education, including for a first programming course.

Man, I am so sick of people talking out of their arse. That's how she stylizes her name.
I have a much better April fool's joke: "My gentoo installation finished in under 4 hours on my Pentium 400."
Hell, "My gentoo installation finished in a weekend" would've been just as funny! Not that it matters, but how cool would it be to play Quake 10 Km up in the air? ;)
So, that would be the Geek's Mile High Club?
I agree... And they do go great with these.
for the medical professional in the family who seems to already have everything?

Maybe the vampires in question responded to Alan Ralsky's spam for Viagra??
The code was properly indented, so check out the url for a prettier look at the code
