It boggles my mind why people thinking taking away ones license will prevent them from driving. Afterall they didn't care to follow the law the first time.
Car dealerships should be required to keep an inventory for every model on-hand in case my car needs to go in for warranty service for an extended period.
They use to have loaners on hand but stopped due to liability and insurance cost. Now they will give you a ride to a local car rental service. Your own car insurance will cover a rental.
My company offers VDSL up to 60mbit/sec depending on your distance. You can bond those in 2, 4 or 8 channels giving you up to 480mbit/sec. The cost for 4+ channels is pretty high though and more for businesses.
Now I'm not a fan of cable but I will admit that Charter has been good to me over the years. Just a month ago they increased my speeds from 15 to 60. I put this to a test by downloading various games and it held at 60 for 1.5 hours. I got a steady 7.6MB/second download through Steam. I just wish I could get a little more up speed so I can stream game play at 1080. Right now I got 4.5 up and 1080 will use most of that.
This is why I think the Reddit public scoring system is about the best you're going to get. Let anyone and everyone mod up or down a comment. If it gets too far into the negative then hide the comment by default. Out of sight, out of mind.
I have to disagree on graphics. Have you seen Final Fantasy 14? The sound, graphics, weather effects are amazing.
I would still play WoW however it's just the same thing over and over. Down raid bosses to get the best gear, wait till next patch and start over again. I just got bored of it. Sadly FF14 is turning out like that as well so I even stopped playing that.
Really depends on what you like. Final Fantasy 14 is pretty fun and has a good story line. Best graphics in any MMO out right now if you ask me. You can catch it on sale for $15 from time to time and it's like $13-15/month. The player base has started to really split over the past several months into the casuals and elites so you will see a lot of the "if your avg. iLvl gear isn't > X then get lost" type of messages. I personally didn't care when I last played because mine was almost maxed. I would try to help those that got left out when I had the time.
I know you're just trying to be funny and with the size part you are. I got a Note 2 and sometimes feel that way however I still love the phone. As for the alerts, App Drawer > Emergency Alerts > Menu > Settings > Alert types. You can turn off all alerts except for these so called Presidential alerts. I don't want people thinking it really can't be turned off.
Also I think some devices it's under Settings > Sounds > Emergency tone. You can only set it to vibrate, sound or silent.
Public funds go to some private corporation. That corporation is linked to to some politician (through family or just bought off) who helped get the deal. All other corporations were locked out of the offer/bid.
Apple does the exact same thing. My 1st gen iPad came out April 2010. Apple will no longer release updates for it beyond iOS 5.1.1 which came out May 2012. So Apple also stops updates.
I personally don't care because I hate the tablet anymore and never use it.
These companies primary goal is to get you to buy the latest and greatest device. Why would they not consider sabotaging older devices to get you to upgrade.
Sure you might max it out but not for very long unless you're downloading games 24/7 and even then you would run out of either drive space or games to download.
In in short burst you could max it out but for your everyday average user, it will never be maxed for more than 15 or so minutes.
I only need to change my Gear 2 every 4-5 days. I plug it in about 2 times a week while sitting at home on my computer doing work or playing games. It charges rather quick as well.
AMOLED displays are notorious for burn-in (or burn-out to be exact). The blue pixels have a much shorter life span and when they get overused they burn-out. This causes a shadow effect one bright or white areas of the screen which looks like a burn-in.
I had this happen with my Galaxy Note 2 and the game Ingress with the blue "OPs" button in the upper right corner. I was lucky to catch it early on. After a few days of not playing the game it faded away. Now when I play I will NOT keep the screen on at all times while driving and also don't turn my screen brightness to max when outside.

I saw the nick berg beheading years ago and I'm still horrified to this day. I will not watch this one because of that.
This IMO, is a special case and I personally think Youtube, Twitter and all other media should do what the family members would like.
and more likely some hacker group wanting to sell SS# and CC# on the black market.
That's my opinion.

No one knows yet. Blizzard has been very tight lipped on the whole thing.

The cost just goes up in the USA.

If the override code is submitted back to the bank and they accept it then it's on the bank not Apple.
1. Run card... denied..
2. Run card again with override code.. accepted..
3. Leave store with items.
SwiftKey is now free. You buy keyboard themes. Those that paid for SwiftKey in the past get a free theme pack with about 10 themes.

Google doesn't supply updates to most of the Android phones. It's the device manufactures that do that.
I have a Nexus 7 (1st gen 2012) and still get updates from Google.
So it doesn't exists in the new model. Does that mean it's a hardware bug? If not then why wasn't the software bug fixed in the old model?

I would be curious how many residential users need to move 1TB of data this often. This doesn't include torrented movies.

OOhhhh I get it... because Google marked it as spam.

I would have to agree with you. 250GB/month is a lot.
~8.3GB/day or ~347MB/hour or ~520MB/hour for 16 hours assuming you sleep 8 hours a day.
Your average Netflix 2 hour HD movie is about 1.6 to 1.8 gigs in size.
Don't get me wrong, I think monthly data caps are crap and shouldn't exists.
First off.. I wish I could go on vacation for several weeks at a time.. damn. To be fair, you can't even get this out of most dumb phones.
Second, I use the same wall charger to charge my watch that I use to charge my phone minus the little small part that snaps onto my watch.
MMmMMm... dinner and dessert.
