Not entirely true. Look at Einsteins general and specific reletivety. Came out in the 1900's, and was accepted because they couldn't be disproved. THAT is how science works.
That it was experimentaly verified in the '30's during an eclipse just validated the theories even further; the proverbial nail in the coffin for Newton.
But what he forgets to mention is that Ansys Designspace has an atrocious UI. That, and the fileformat which is bloated and quite closed off.
Don't believe me? Give it a try, and you'll decide even Autocad is better:) Well, that's pushing it, but you get the point.
You should give IronCAD a try. Windows only, at the moment, but DAMN intuitive to use.
Hmmm, I should get paid for a comment like this:) But as a mech. eng., I like anything which is not Autocad:)
First, lets assume that this kind of tech would only be interesting for me at a pricepoint of some $300 (maybe that'll change when I get filthy rich, but let's not count our Aibo's before they're hacked).
This takes 5 iterations to get to (assuming Moore's law holds for the price as well as the capabilities):
$10.000->$5.000->$2.500->$1.250->$612. 5->$306.
Five generations means 5x18=90 months
That's 7 years before this tech comes to the marketplace at an affordable price (iow capable of achieving market penentration).
Seems like OLEDS, Smartpaper or E-ink will have won by then:)

Seems like they'll also be answering some objections mentioned here...sounds good. Who knows, maybe it IS going to be time to open the wallet? Let's wait 'till their answers are in...
This is a list of what my next PDA will have to have to get me to upgrade from my IIIc:
-colour screen, outside useable (epaper?)
-phone, plus vibrate mode
-storagecard-capapble
-mp3player
-either bluetooth or wireless ethernet capable.
It's that or bust...I don't NEED to get every generation which progressively includes these functions. My IIIc serves me fine, and cost me enough when it first came out. I'll only upgrade when what I want is out there...and I suspect many with palm III's or Handspring will too.

...and telling him to get a (mechanical)timer...you just don't get it do you? :)
And chances are, you never will. Not even by UPS
And it also refers to some one who makes adjustments to his/her/others equipment, oddly enough...
Look it up, do a google search or something. Do your own homework, before posting something you obviously know little about.
