In fact, this cultural attitude is a part (a small one, granted) of the reason I do smoke. I'm not exactly a rebellious person, but its kinda fun to give a giant "F*** you" to our culture.
Seriously? Icecrown Citadel was introduced in patch 3.3 which came out on December 8, 2009, almost 11 months ago. I really don't think it is that unreasonable for raid leaders to expect raid members to know basic encounter mechanics which have been in the game for almost a year when all it takes to learn them is about 5 seconds of googling. Furthermore, with the current (up to last patch) badge system, you can get a 5K gearscore on a fresh 80 in a weekend by running heroic 5 man dungeons through the use of the Dungeon Tool you just mentioned.
So if you mean it is nigh impossible to completely unreasonably get carried in a PUG raid, I suppose you are correct.
You guys arguing about "government shouldn't get involved" this and "free market" that are missing the real issue here... that the Senate unanimously passed a bill! Personally, I am taking the rest of the day off in celebration of this historic event.

Wow, you sure showed us!
Wow, a less informed rant is hard to find.
No it's not, just turn on Fox News and wait 5 minutes!
