Even this clarification mischaracterizes the Iowa position on .223. Iowa doesn't permit taking of deer with any rifle.

With perfectly serviceable phones like the Moto e available for ~$35 without a contract, there's little incentive for a contract or insurance at this point. As far as I am concerned, the big strides have been at the bottom end of the market.

IANAL, but since the burden of proof is on the prosecution, per Coffin v. United States, 156 U.S. 432 (1895), there is never a proper time for the defense to prove the he did not, in fact, break the law. To quote from the decision:

The principle that there is a presumption of innocence in favor of the accused is the undoubted law, axiomatic and elementary, and its enforcement lies at the foundation of the administration of our criminal law.

There are a number of people who have had luck re-flowing the BGA mount video controller on an Apple iBook. I have also found links to this being accomplished with a tea candle in the past.

No, you can't give your copy to your grandma. Not if you intend to live up to the terms of the MS EULA for OEM Windows, anyway. The copy you got with your machine is only licensed for use on that particular machine.

One of the main reasons I switched to Ubuntu was because I wanted a distro with 2.6 kernel with proper package management. At the time, there were 2 realistic options; Gentoo and Ubuntu. Gentoo seemed to be too much of a fuss. Go back and reconsider Sid (Debian (unstable)). Should be little more than changing your sources list.

You might also find a more comfortable fit doing building/maintaining infrastructure for a university or college. Gives you a chance to experiment, and worry about something other than financial services for a change. You get a chance to work with the students in most cases, and there is always something interesting going on. I thought about moving toward science, and instead ended up very happy doing the things I love working for a University. It's a wonderful change from the corporate grind.

In addition, this technology should have little effect on wireless ISPs. While mentioning high gain antennas, the author of the article failed to realize, or perhaps mention, that high gain antennas are also good at rejecting stray signal that is not directly i nthier path. I suspect, that most paths used by wireless ISPs will have very few RF lighting installations directly in path.
