There's a societal bell curve, and there always will be. Drastic measures are needed to fix this, and chances are, this condition will not be fixed.
One major problem is that the homeless chumps don't manage to do anything about their situation. Same with those on welfare. There should not be unemployment when I see "Help Wanted" anywhere.
But, in a way, buying this to overclock will be donating to a charity (eh... welfare) through the tax of the purchase.
But not when you're at the top of the line for consumer processors (XP 2100+, for example.).
But then, really, why would you overclock that 2100+? For 243 fps as opposed to 230 fps in quake3 with full detail? It's not that useful, in reality.
