No, they shouldn't exempt them clause or not. Every time Congress exempts themselves from a law, there is no way that law is going to get changed in the future. If Congress is laying out the law of the land, they should be subjected to it as well (also see Insider Trading laws).
I dispute anything that doesn't match my records; I've disputed as little as $6 from a local store. I call the credit card company and submit the necessary papers via fax.
I often hear people say, "Oh, it's a just a few dollars off; what's the big deal?" Depending on the business, that "few dollars" may be put on 100, 1000, 10000 different people. Would you say, "Oh, it's just $50,000 off; what's the big deal?" The credit card companies keep track of these disputes; if a company is continually getting hit with them, they will investigate.
Of the top things to be scared of there is no mention of terrorism. But watch out for family members! "Over 16,000 Americans will be murdered this year, most often by a relative or friend."
They did! A smaller version is on the Rosetta Space probe that is planned to crash into a comet in 2014. Now getting it back, that's a whole other story.
"But it was not the very first disk. That one is in space. In 2004 the Rosetta Space Probe was launched by the European Space Agency. This small craft was created to land on a comet in 2014. Before it blasted off, the ESA contacted us because we share names. They asked if we'd like to mount a version of the disk on their probe. Of course we would! We had manufactured a pure nickel disc with a subset of 6,000 pages of language translations, which was mounted on the payload section of the probe.
So assuming the mission continues well, in 2014 the Rosetta Probe will land on Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, where it will measure the comet's molecular composition. Then it will remain at rest as the comet orbits the sun for hundreds of millions of years. So somewhere in the solar system, where it is safe but hard to reach, a backup sample of human languages is stored, in case we need one."
What kind of data are you going to receive and display? Is it for home use or business? It's expensive but LabVIEW from National Instruments is made for this kind of stuff.
In the end, we all know that it doesn't matter. MS will eventually support both formats as will ever drive out there. History as already shown us the outcome: look at the competing CD read formats (+R, -R), the writable versions, and the mix of DVDs already out there.
It's only the early adapters that are going to lose out. Everyone else will be fine in the end.
Yeah, because killing everyone off works so well. It was tried by the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia and just look how well it went for them.
Actually, pick pretty much any nation-state through human history and something of the sort inevitably pops up. In the end, nothing is gained from it except a ton of hurt and pain.
Simple and clean solution: Implement a flat tax for all online purchases for all states (yes, even NH and the other tax-free states). Send the tax to each state based on the ship-to zipcode.
Results: Each state gets a piece of the action and the online stores can't complain about the costs to implement all of the different tax codes all over the nation.
Hey, have you had issues with the A500 dialing a different entry than the one you are highlighting in the phonebook? I've talked to Sprint several times about it; they upped the firmware once and now insist it is a hardware problem (which we all know it is not).
I've been trying to get my hands on the interface spec for the Samsung phones (specifically the A500) so I can sync the calendar and todo list. Samsung says themselves that the information is "proprietary" and they don't release it.
Hello, Samsung, I want to write a FREE app so people can use your phone!
You can't blame the user for just wanting to watch a video file. Have you tried to create video files for distribution? There are so many codecs out there it's ridiculous to expect users to have them all or know where to find them.
I've given dozens of people rides on a segway and the body-segway interaction you talk about happens about half the time and almost always with people in their 20s and 30s. Kids just know to trust; older folks listen when they get on: step on and look to the horizon. I've never had anyone have issues after 5 seconds of standing on the segway once I told them to watch the horizon.
I guess the 5 minute segway ride is equivalent to the/. lack of reading articles -- it makes you an instant expert.

You need a better card.

I think Douglas Adams had it wrong -- it's not the dolphins who are going to exit Earth before we get blasted out of the solar system, it's the bees.
Where's Osama?
Hiding seems to be working for him
If a chunk of the GOP is against something from the start, it's probably the right thing to do.
So in a battle of Big Ass Spiders and Big Ass Cane Toads, who wins? Both have poison...

All of this points to why I hate video formats and why Flash is winning on the web.
This reads like an episode of House!

I've seen a COBOL one. My father-in-law. Crazy stuff!
There have been talks about a high-speed/MagLev train between LA and Las Vegas since at least 1985. Twenty-two years later --- nothing.
We already have that:

Which demo group will be the first to write the first keyboard-based demo?
Will we need keyboard screen savers, too?
So many questions...

It's damn irritating.

Good luck.

If you ignored the low battery beeping, flashing UI, speed-reducing and forced straightening of the segway, then yes, it could fall over.
If you ignore the gas light on your car, you will run out of gas, too.

You use your left hand. They only come in left-handed versions.
