i never finished my business degree from the university of rhode island... i believe I need just one course...cant remember the name at the moment but can american civilians take course at a us military base?
I would love to finish up my degree...i am living in germany and URI is a little too far away to drive there...not that there were ever any parking spaces anyway. So the reason for the post was - can anyone suggest online univeristies that are certified (USA)

Using a laser/reflector alarm just set up the beam and the relfector in such a way that all she would have to do is lift her figer or move to disrupt the light beam then setting off the alarm.

that open source is actually a gold mine in its self...where else could a person, company, or country find such solutions - open source programmers and groups are the solution. They have the resources and skills that are required. ok at least he asked the right group!
I have a customer at my internet cafe here in kiel germany that uses the cell phone ever minute of the day...of course charger is with him. the functions for sms, email and text are great. yes the "thing" is huge! I personnally dont like it because i want a cell phone that funtions as a cell phone- sms, calling and nothing else. to many buttons and far too many whilstles... hell u can play doom on the thing. But for people with disablilities its great!
