My bank is running on IIS servers:( And wrote their pages in java + javascript + activeX
They have done it soo good that only MSIE || netscape 4.7x can use it
I have already askedt them to allow other clients, but they don't seem to hurry, or even to care
How could we force them to respect standards? (To change of bank is not directly an option)
www.kbc.be on the left there's a "kbc online" picture; if you go to the username login, your browser is fine to use with, else not. (even if java is correctly installed)
Ok, the vertical keyb fixes the problem in the wrists etc
but what about having to keep your arms in the air, without being able to lay them on the desk or so to type (am i the only one that does this?)
And.. The central keys: When you are typing, do you punch them with your head to use them fastly?;) (watch the video, and think to that;) )
Nah, i stick to the old first-designed keyb i'm in front of a pc sometimes 24/24 (are we geeks or not), and the worst i had were big headaches because of a too low refresh rate of the monitor (problem solved by now)
1- Our paper does not defend MS 2- Our paper is not about MS 3- Our paper sources very credible members of the OS community 4- There are a number of points in the paper that focus on the GPL. It is also favorable of the BSD license and Apache. 5- If you must know all the details, it will be on the web this Friday.

Have you seen all worms passing through outlook or IIS? and you will claim that MS produces secure software? Yeaaaaaah of couuuuuurse.
even their XBOX is hackable when it'll be on the internet (the private key used, and same on all xbox, has been discovered)
Besides, you ppl are using: Rapidsite/Apa/1.3.20 (Unix), FrontPage/4.0.4.3, mod_ssl/2.8.4, and OpenSSL/0.9.6 on an IRIX machine, according to NetCraft
OpenSSL...:)

Win NT was considered secure by the army, when not plugged on a network !
