I forget who, but somebody makes a silent power supply that has no fans, just a giant heat sink. It might not have enough wattage for a high-end gaming rig (dunno) but for your needs it's probably more than enough.
This definitely NOT a notebook. It breaks new meaning to the word "laptop". Even brings back memories of the so-called "luggables". Who needs to lift weights when you can carry this beast around?

In all reality Hong Kong basically just an independent state. So China != Hong Kong.

Considering the fine for spitting is something like 15,000 Hong Kong dollars (I forget, it's been a while since I was there) 50,000 is really nothing.
