I think that in the case of the Grandma, she hadn't broken the law. She was falsely accused. The girl on the other hand, did have Kazaa, and had downloaded some music, but it seems kind of silly to go after a young girl from a rather poor family, who probably didn't really understand that what she was doing was illegal.
Wow, they took the South Park movie way too seriously.
South Park is an incredibly dangerous movie for those who do not understand or are developing an understanding of the Gospel....... INCREDIBLY dangerous.
Every comment on this story (that I have found) automatically assumed the author was a man, when in fact, it was Eugenia. Just thought that was interesting...
I'd definitely check this out, I like to buy my music. The article talks about how it is kind of an odd decision for the record industry to work with Apple because of their low marketshare. The thing is, a significant number of that ~3% have iPods, and I would think that anyone with an iPod has an obvious interest in digital music, and would be more likely to use a service such as this than other consumers. We'll see what happens...
Man, getting Apple to shut you down, only to then recover is like the best thing that can happen as a developer. I wish they'd do it to me. All this publicity...

It could also happen if lots of businesses start using Mozilla. What people use at work, they likely will use at home. It's the way of things.
- Are part of the digital hub
- Emulate a real world device
- Use the "playlist paradigm"
Therefore, Panther is #3, as it has the new sidebar. They are the most fun and coolest too...

Maybe implement a system similar to BugZilla, and then use it? Not that it works too well for them...
