That's actually a farily wrong description too.

"Commercial hovercraft operate just like your homemade hovercraft. They usually have an oval or rectangular platform, a motorized fan and a large skirt material to trap the air underneath the vehicle. This air cushion underneath the hovercraft is called the plenum chamber. This plenum chamber is formed by the bottom of the craft and the skirt material. The air flowing into the plenum chamber will form a ring of air circulating around the base of the skirt to insulate the air cushion from the lower pressure air outside the skirt. This ring of air keeps the air under the craft from escaping."
The skirt doesn't inflate like the tube of a tire, it just keeps the air underneath it.
Of course, the next SuperDuperThingamabobEverybodyNeeds[TM] will already be there, but don't think for one second you need to stress over getting current, that's an artificial feeling created by PR hype from the format pushers. You'll get the shit a lot cheaper than your neighbour in a few years, no worries...
#1) just because it wasn't in production doesn't mean it wasn't in the works.
#2) Video game companies have to take risks like that to keep their games cutting edge, operating systems and other such software companies don't. There's no money in putting 200 programmers to work on an enterprise software suite that won't be useable for another 5 years.
Possibly when the rioters are burning down buildings around them and tipping over cars and trucks onto other rioters.
I think 50-56 blows would be appropriate to stop the m from killing each other.

I'm doing my best to help you out...
Don't forget playing gunbound in class... that's become pretty popular.
Very true, of the 19 categories, they scored NJIT with 11 yes's and 8 no's.
While in actuality there should be either 17 or 18 yes's (I'm not sure on the streaming audio or video for a class).
I thought it had to do with some new rendering techinique in HL2.... then i realized it was just boring old space-time stuff...

Somebody should create a rounding function that first converts the number to a base 9 system then round.
Definately look for a case at a computer show if you can.... they're much cheaper and usually come with a power supply mounted and ready to go...
