I don't use Mac, so YMMV.... There is a way to use VM Player to access the console of Virtual Machines by logging into the ESXi web interface with VMP. I believe the command is: 'vmplayer -h ' through a CLI. Google is your friend here.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people in the same group as yourself. It is difficult to find a good job when businesses are performing credit checks, and hiring partially based on the criteria derived from the result. I have been not hired due to a poor credit score, but was hired by a company that doesn't take that information into account when hiring.

I thought that this was a pretty cut and dried case; i4i created a plugin for Microsoft Word, attempted to sell it to MS, and MS took the code anyway and incorporated it into the Word application.

The fraction is quite large unfortunately. Lots of companies still enforce the use of IE6! All because they heavily rely on 3rd party software (like SAP), which will not be updated.

I am not sure what version of SAP you are running. We run IE 6 and 8 on systems that use SAP, without issue.

High-risk parolees? A parolee is someone who has given their word (parole) that they will behave themselves and check in regularly in exchange for the privilege of spending some time outside of the prison walls. If you have to slap a GPS tracking unit on them then you don't trust their word. If so, then why are you giving them parole in the first place?

Thank you for asking that intelligent question. It seems that most people forget why a High-Risk prisoner is prison in the first place.

  19. Home File Server on Best Solutions For Massive Home Hard Drive Storage? · · Score: 1

I ran into this issue when my wife started taking up photography, and we started moving the DVD collection to my home computer. I resolved it by getting a couple of 750 GB SATA drives, setting them up RAID1, and a couple of 40GB PATA drives set RAID1 for system drives. I use Ubuntu server 8.04, an share the folders with Samba. A 100m network is sufficient to watch movies from the computer attached to the TV, while she edits her work. I back this up to a couple of 1 TB external USB drives. The only time this system has gone down is if I put it down, or we had a power outage that ran the UPS dry.
