I live in Puerto Rico and there's a possibility that many future hurriacanes will hit us due to our location in the middle of the Caribbean. This year 3 hurriacanes (Charlie, Frances and Ivan) passed near us and Jeanne (when it was a Tropical Storm) hit us, it didn't do too much damage because it was a Trpical Storm, but as the article says, that category 5 hurriacanes are more likely to occur in the next years the Caribbean islands must do something to be prepared.
I think that Windows9x users should upgrade to the more stable NT platform (Win2k/XP), since Windows9x is full of bugs and now that there won't be any more patches it will be worst for these users, I'm not saying that 2k/XP doesn't have bugs, but they are definitely more stable than 9x.
They weren't illegal, what made them illegal was the descrambler, which enables all scrambled channels on analog cable, they don't work on digital cable.
Isn't it just easier to download a nice N64 emulator (Project 64, (Nemu64), same with SNES (ZSnes), and if you know where to search, you can find every game for the systems, not all of them work perfectly, but hey it's emulation.
I use AdShield wich is better for me, you can customize wich images, links, forms, pages, pop-ups you want block, and it lets you import/export block lists. It was free but now with version 3.0 it costs $29.95, but it's a good app. If you want to try it, go to http://www.ad-shield.com/.
In my opinion this was the only good music subscription service, because you could download as many files as you wanted, for $9.99 a month and most of them where VBR mp3's, no WMA DRM protected crap. I was thinking this was the best way to get music legally, because they were constantly adding more record labels, but as we see things change, this will encourage more people to try p2p music sharing I think.

What memory card is needed, PS1 or a PS2 memory card?
It seems like everything that's illegal for us to do is legal for big companies...
