I have been wondering about this.
Earlier this year i was looking at the stats for my personal web page i set up on geocities.
For some reason i was getting all these hits from google with people typing in "tommy savage" who ran a guest house i stayed at in Amsterdam. Turns out he the law thinks he is some huge drug dealer. Shipping huge amounts of grass into Greece.
The big question is did all the cops have to do is type his name into google and up pops my website with directions on how to find him?
I hope not because incoent or guilty he looked after me when i stayed there.

Ok im surpried nobody has mentioned this.
But how much cred would a teen hacker get if he goes to his friends.

Yes people dont help the fact that SUPERBUGS by not finishing thier antibiotics but it is not just ttier fault.
The insurance companies are also to blam as well as they now recomend that a course of 5 days of drugs is good to fix an infection. When it has been proved time and time again that they should be taken for at least 7 days. Yet the insurance companies make more money so what do they care?
You all want to know the truth about what happens with the acadamy awards?
The big studios all spend huge amounts of money sending all the members fancy packs of all the films they want to get awards. This incudes special box sets and stuff like that.
As soon as they arrive all the big name films suddly all disapear to the homes of friends who "BORROW" them never to be seen again.
The only ones left are the art house or indie moveis. Which end up living ontop of the dvd player until there is nothing interesting on TV then they might get watched.
The trouble is that if you make up your own word then try and get it onto google you will be there eventually.
But it takes months and months of midlessly looking up on google to see if its listed you page yet. when that time could be better spent on minesweeper.
now how quick will the/. be even if i dont tell any of you what the word is??
Does anybody know how long it is ment to take for google to list a page?
