DDR is a very fun game, although it does take a little practice to get used to. For anyone interested, you can usually get 2 dancemats and the first US version for around $40-$60 dollars, and it's well worth it. And, once you start getting good, you'll enjoy it a lot more. Also, girls LOVE playing this game, I wish I could convey how often I have ladies over to "dance" with me. Highly recommended for excersise, improving pedal-dexterity, and impressing ladies who think 6'2" 200lb men can't dance.
If I'm not mistaken, I think the point of the article is not what makes geckos stick. The main point of the article is the tiny blurb about how researchers managed to REPLICATE this effect syntheticly. That is what is important.

"Relatively cheap" hardware however is all relative to the time in which it was purchased. Case in point...My Geforce 2GTS card cost me $150 back when I purchased it, now they go for like 35-50. It seems video cards get changed faster than CPUs these days, ever advancing with software that can't seem to keep up. (My Geforce2 still runs everything great...why spend $300 for a GF4?) I think it's just a matter of time before Nvidia and ATI get smart and stop making newer cards, so the kinda new ones stay expensive. So, I guess what I'm saying is, how much is all this going to cost me, and when?

This proposed bill from Senator Biden is, in fact, completely ridiculous, and is simply an extension of corporate interests who have contributed to his campaign. Here is a little tidbit of information I thought someone might like to see regarding Out-of-state donations to everyones favorite corrupt senators.
Figures apply to one six-year Senate election cycle (1985-1990) and represent 100 percent of the total out-of-state funds raised by the Senate Chairmen. Amounts for Leahy, Hatch, Packwood and Biden are $404,054; $1,094,433; $2,105,347; and $1,226,170, respectively.
Now, what the hell does Senator Biden need with 1.2 Million bucks from Out-of-state donors??? I mean, those people aren't even his constituents right? Geee....I wonder what's going on here...

WTF?!?! If this doesn't piss you guys off, I don't know what will. So basically, today's message is, write your senator or representative if you want, but is it really worth the time? Let's face it, your letter is read by some staffer who places it securely into the circular file without a second thought. Most of the people I know say I'm a cynical bastard who has no faith in our government. Obviously, they don't know what's really going on. I encourage everyone not to write your congress-people, but instead, boycott products from people who buy legislation, and send them the letters. Becuase it's fairly pointless to try and get through to our government.
