Jezz, I can't belive/.'ers still use MSIE.. my browsing habits are Opera (primary browser), mozilla (second) and only on worst case websites (which happens say once in 2-3 months) IE as a backup.
opera has a cool feature where you can hit Alt-D and delete all info (cache, cookies etc etc), so when I'm done browsing through hotmail all I do is alt-d-enter and go to other websites and theres no way in hell they can follow a cookie trial and send me spam... HA HA! I beat the system!!
Well I don't need to physicaly 'touch' them everyday but..
My LRP (linux router project) boots of a readonly floppy..
my DMZ's tripwire database is on a readonly floppy, which is verified everynight..
i'm only concerned if the floppy media will die after too much usage..
Gimp 2.X ?? where ?? all i see on the gimp websites are references to 1.x.
