    sure, great for some sports and some jobs too. part of the gear. can't see the sense for most people though

    funny, the boats I've been on for fishing on Lake Michigan had clocks. and gps, etc.

    yes, I'll agree some jobs require gear to do efficiently. I once had a job where it was beneficial to have gerber multi-tool in a holster, however if most people did that they would just be wearing jewelry.

    my cell phone does that, don't need a second clock strapped to my wrist, how l 19th and 20th century.

    First wristwatch was in 1868, the last one needed was over 20 years ago.

    even more clocks are everywhere now, on system desktop, on the land line phone, on my printer.....

    nonsense, there are generic $20 a month birth control pills

    no need for exam, many countries sell them over the counter since pregnancy carries far, far more risk than any problem the pill would complicate. big healthcare and big pharmy just need to be beaten down in the USA. anyway, the free clinics for poor people do the exam and even give away a couple months pills. you really, really have to be stupid in the USA to have unwanted pregnancy in 97%+ of cases

    I use FreeDOS with grub in it to multi-boot thin clients that can only boot from a FAT formatted partition. funny some HP thin clients require that, others don't. I make "servers" out of thin clients, usually with OpenBSD

    of course it is a food source, this is why the most dire of predictions about certain catastrophic oil spills didn't happen (yes, they were very bad anyway). there are bacteria that eat petroleum, there are bacteria that can eat petroleum products. of course, this could still be a food chain problem if larger organisms consume the bacteria and are poisoned or otherwise sickened or malnourished.

    also, maybe the amount of plastic in land fills vs. ocean is underestimated.

    nonsense, not about revoking first amendment, corporations were created by law and thus can be altered or destroyed (for example, by demoting to merely type of business) by law or amendment

    money being used to corrupt government is the issue, we can take away the feeding tube for evil desire by those in government, we can attract a different kind of person to be in government

    you are being a shill for corporate fascism, somehow equating a corporation with a person. they are not humans, they are not born with inalienable rights and liberties. we can keep the bill of rights, and deny it to corporations

    wrong, a corporation can be deprived of any wealth or liberty or freedom by law, since they only have existence by mere law. they are very different from humans in that regard. They could be demoted to a kind of businesss not much different than mom and pop shop

    who said anything about revoking the First Amendment? This is not an issue of freedom of religion, speech, assembly or petition.

    We are talking of corruption, of money controlling our lawmakers and executive branch. We are talking of cutting out control by large corporations who have circumvented the democratic process.
