    those minimal requirements are B.S., they'll get you a system that would bog down on typical youtube page. Hard disk with a windows office product and typical software will need 20+ GB to actually run.

    from experience, minimal win 8 machine needs 4GB RAM, 60 GB disk

    in this case the law is stupid and doesn't do its claimed purpose, which was to protect U.S. citizens from oil price volatility. Prices of gasoline and other crude protect spike and dip according to global world oil market (imagine that) even with that useless law.

    they used the wrong law to attempt to prosecute, the mistake was to try to use peeping tom law. If you walk up to woman and put your head or camera down low to view under her skirt you can be prosecuted for several things: it is sexual harassment, lewd conduct, disorderly conduct and many other things that are already illegal.

    no, those things are inspected and replaced in the USA as required by the NRC. Nuke plants have to have ISI (In Service Inspection) and FAC (flow accelerated corrosion) programs. Japan, on the other hand, has in the past had pipe explosions because of lack of such inspection and maintenance programs
