How about getting rid of TSA, DHS, and cutting the military spending budget by something meaningful?

Sure, but that would be real, substantial savings and not a mere token gesture.

http://www.ronpaul2012.com/the-issues/ron-paul-plan-to-restore-america/ Take a look at the plan I think you'll see he's giving you what you ask for. TSA is eliminated. DHS and Military Spending cut significantly. $1 Trillion is cut from the budget in the first year and the budget is balanced in the next three.

Putting pictures with the results is a cool touch...however they pictures are not necessarily from the page or even relevant. I looked up my website for my custom woodworking company and there were random images next to my websites results (including a picture of a ben & jerry's container) that didn't come from my site and had nothing to do with the search results either.

I find it stupid that they put a picture with the result even if they have no picture. It's confusing and misleading.

  3. Re:THEY don't want us to be power independent on Solar Power From Home Curtains · · Score: 1

Absolutely right. Energy independence has nothing to do with whether or not you rely on "foreign oil", rather your own individual energy independence. Energy equals power and control. Period. So long as energy comes to you through a metered "pipeline" from a big company there is no such thing as energy independence.

As for the economy. I'm not sure what you are saying exactly but energy independence would truly be good for the economy. If we each had our own energy independence, then there would be more money flowing to and from individuals rather than straight into the the pockets of Big Energy companies.

So while the jury is out on how effective these curtains are, this is the direction that we need to go. I might also add that for true energy independence to occur, an open source attitude needs to be in place in the development of such technology. Otherwise, Big energy companies will still control the alternative technologies which for some coincidental reason will NEVER give whatever metered power we are using a run for it's money.

$1-$2, for a rejected application. Much more for an approved one. Credit card companies make several thousand dollars per card issued on average, and 50 bucks is not at all an absurd amount to pay to gain that income. If I were a marketer and I saw that this person was smart enough not to go for the offer for her stated reasons, I would consider it fair to assume that she probably doesn't have horrible credit and would have a good chance of being approved.
