    Microsoft has had a tradition at convincing its customers into buying its products with the ease of use as their selling point.Building a GUI application with Visual Studio or .NET version has been easier than building one in java using say IBM's Visual Age for java. Every release of its OS/Office touted as a tool for a better "user experience". They have been quite successful at using the initial fear of users to migrate to a different platform against open source solutions. Palladium, for once, cannot be sold under a "ease of use" label with all the restrictions that will be added. When many a online business models based on paid service having failed primarily because of user reluctance in not wanting to pay for anything once available for free, how easy is it going to be for microsoft to sell its OS that would almost eliminate free content ?

    I do not think this word means what you think it means. Anthropomorphism is humans attributing human-like feelings toward non-human thing. E.g., "That tree looks depressed."

    From an Amateur Etymologist,
    Anthrop= human morphus=shape
    I think its ok as long as it stands to describe any human characteristics as in shape or behaviour.

    Besides being REALLY retorical, how about calling the theatre instead ???
    its an emergency situation and the bomb is ticking too fast to look into the directory ?
    Maybe someone should argue that banning cell phones inside theatres in the post september 11 era is too dangerous ! and can work against the war on terrorism.

    absolutely , irresponsible parents subject their new born babies to violent 'R' rated movies based on adultcontent and themes involving nudity!

    What if there was a Bomb inside the theatre and someone wanted to call in to inform the people there ? Wouldnt this law prevent their freedom to communicate - save lives ? Its silly to ban all cell phones when there are versions with the silent ringer option.

    Blocking websites would be analogous to blocking any content that go against the "rules & regulations" in a particular country. If thats their argument , i am sure that anti-piracy groups have been trying hard to shut down warez servers and groups and yet they continue to exist in one form or the other.
