in win98, it only changes FOLDERS that are typed completely in caps, it doesn't EVER change the names of files. Also, even if it does change folder "ABC" to "Abc", doing a search for "ABC" still works(even though "find" actually changes this to "abc".
I just tried it, yes, it does change it, on FOLDERS, but it does not on, say, a text file.
Also, the folder ONLY change it if it's ALL in caps, it changes "QWERTY" to "Qwerty" but "QWERTy" stays the same. It just assumes if its all in caps, you accidently have caps lock on.
Not to mention these little things called "glasses", apparently they use advanded algorithms to bend light, thus increasing vision, perhaps this should just get its own story.....
