Offers a good explanation, but basically, they're asking for _your_ argument. This means, if you have a good, coherent, laid out argument for exactly why "making available" does or does not constitute infringement you may be able to influence the decision of the judge. That's right, despite just how bad we (Americans) think we have it, we still have opportunities to shape the future, if we're willing to put the work in.

Making a quick buck here and there is a good deal for many people, especially when it's as trivial as showing them a few pieces of paper. Half of the "sales pitch" as it were is telling the business they will show up on google maps when people search for their business, sort of like this:

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=in+and+out+bu rger+canoga+park&btnG=Search

Well the slashdot story from a couple of days ago mentions some possible patterns with Cosmic Ray increases. These increases happen every ~64m years and probably mutate the holy hell out of things. This is quite a plausible explanation for evolutionary booms we see evidence for.

If you can take e.coli, give them a bit of radiation and have them mutate enough to stop producing lactose breaking down components, or start producing them non-stop (This isn't _exactly what happened but I cant find the name of the first experiments right now, I think there were 2 french guys and one american that did this, with the american being a physisct or something and the french being biologists), which is not what they normally do, imagine what a whole bunch of radiation could do for diversity. It'd certainly kill a lot, no doubt, but it'd also make some genetic data sing and dance like never before.

Ok, we agree that it enhances the greenhouse effect. Does it greatly enhance it? That's subjective. How do you define greatly?

I asked for a source from your entire paragraph, not on whether temperature differentials affect weather.

It may not be as great as water vapor, but it doesn't have to be to make a difference. Plain and simple:

    #1. CO2 IS a greenhouse gas.
#2. The PPM for CO2 is greater than it has been for a _very_ long time, based on current findings.

Conclusion: More EM from the sun is being trapped on earth.

Here's a little science for you - the severity of our weather is determined by the tempature difference between 2 air masses, if the poles melt and the avgerage temperature increases it actually results in MORE calm weather (not necessarily a good thing for everyone as it might mean less rain for many places), the cult of global warming seems to completely skip this simple fact and blame every storm on global warming.
