Another example: In 2007 Daniela Cicarelli (former model and actress) was filmed in a soft porn performance in Spain (http://mashable.com/2007/01/09/daniela-cicarelli/), the video was released public in youtube.
What happened? A judge ordered to block youtube. The ban was eventually removed, but the modus operandi of our legal system still the same.
