    The ammount of money the States and Justice department is willing to settle for in cases such as this and the Microsoft case just shows how little the prosecutors care about the consumers. It seems more like the lawyers are just in it to make their share and aren't interested in helping the consumer at all. The labels never had to admit any wrong doing so this can't be used as any kind of precident and basically the record companies just paid the lawyers to leave them alone. Same with the Microsoft case. I'm becoming more and more convinced the American legal system only works for those who can afford it. We need a new system.
