It's obvious that it was nothing more than a dialup connection to a BBS, and the whole thing was a game of VGA Planets that got out of hand.

The Casimir Effect

Your errors here are legion. The so-called "Casimir force" is something physicists made up for the sake of job security.
Actually, you are half right since experimental data supporting it was first falsified only a couple years ago. Prior to that, physicists spent years massaging the "equations" of "quantum electrodynamics" to produce wild predictions that would impress people with their counterintuitiveness. The vacuum is nothing, my friend, and the sooner you come to grips with this fundamental definition, the sooner you will be on the road to an enlightened life.
Haven't any of you thought of just how easy it would be to fake this "experiment?" Now the assertion that the pitch "flows" on decade-long timescales is preposterous enough, but then they actually admit that NOBODY HAS EVER SEEN A DROP FALL, and this gives it all away. It would be completely trivial to get in there and replace the pitch drop with another, carefully crafted to look like a droopier version of the last one. I'm sure that someone on the staff has done this every few weeks since 1930.
Cisco's marketing material is all a pack of lies. The next time someone tells you that information can be moved from one place to another without any medium carrying it, do the world a favor and punch them in the gut.
These so-called "wireless cards" all function with small wires, too small for the human eye to see.
I find it astounding that at a site like this so obviously dedicated to truth, you would waste your time talking about so called "science experiments" which are nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
There has never been ANYTHING beyond alpha-quality vaporware that came from the zeroconf standard, and Apple has pulled the bait and switch over open source utilities ever since the first power macs came out. I refuse to believe that they will keep their word this time.
You seem paranoid. But not nearly paranoid enough.
If you have some kind of privacy-spy-defeating hoo-ha in place (admittedly a simple one, but you have reason to think it's effective), why would you tell us about it? Now others will duplicate your method, and pressure someone else to devise a way to defeat your 6-hour cookie changeover. This is a case where a dash of "security through obscurity" would help you, personally.
I always like/. because of all the Americans, it's a great way to take a snap shot view of there opinions by the stupid posts the mod up and the not so stupid ones they mod down and the way they bight at anything than mentions communism whitout even knowing what the hell it is or [communism.org] isn't [capitalism.org]
Ah, yes. Your brilliantly thought out and cogently written commentary has convinced me of the folly of my American ways. Teach me, O great Euro-citizen, teach me how to cluster fuck a whole continent twice in one century.
...who faked the moon landing?
Sheesh. Grow up.

"pressure from photons...pushing?" Dream on.

Thank you Michael Jackson.

Ha ha. You closed a tag instead of a tag!

Not me.
What I find particularly absurd is the reliance on the existence of so-called "negative numbers." Puh-leez.
