    You should be automatically registered to vote when you do things like get a drivers license.

    Legal residents who are citizens of foreign countries can get driver's licenses, generally speaking. You are proposing that they automatically be allowed to vote.

    Ask Jeb Bush how effective trying to persuade people to vote for him (using money to buy advertisements) was. He spent about $150,000,000.00 and got 286,634 votes. That's $523 per vote.

    By way of contrast, pay a bunch of people on welfare $20 each, load them onto a bus, and cart them around to voting centers where the staff is all friendly. With a bit of planning, they might each vote 10 times in a single day.

    Everything in life affects the poor and minorities disproportionately.

    Lumping together "poor" and "minorities" shows that you're just parroting the standard leftist line, and not thinking. U.S. citizens of Asian heritage tend to be more intelligent and more polite than the average citizen, and consequently most people treat them better. They're a minority.

    Because that money has to come from people have earned it. It is good to earn an honest living. It is bad to not do enough to earn an honest living. You are proposing to take from good and give to bad. That is the primary characteristic of immoral behavior.

    The Bible, even the revered words of Jesus in the New Testament, includes plenty of incentive to smite your enemies. What's necessary is to compare the Bible to the Koran - and by comparison, the Koran is much more full of paranoia, hatred, and encouragement to enslave, torture, and kill.

    ISIS wants to enslave or kill anyone not a Muslim to their standards. Our appeasement strategy will not work no matter how ethical we are.

    The only way to end the threat of Islamic takeover of the world, next year or in 20 centuries, is to annihilate Islam root and branch. Turning Iran into a radioactive wasteland would be a good start.

    That the US doesn't recognize that it is at war with Islamism, does not mean that such a state of war doesn't exist. Members of a terrorist's family are giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Failure to act accordingly means the end of freedom in America and an escalating death count of Americans. Better that they should die.

    Hillary isn't smart enough to figure out the consequences of her actions. She promoted "Arab Spring", which was a major step into the current middle-east mess.
    An alternate explanation is that she doesn't give a damn about the consequences, so she doesn't bother thinking about them.

    Trump, on the other hand, probably understands the that idea of "peace through strength" means that our enemies must know that we can and will turn them into dust if and only if they screw with us.

    The current trend is down, so maintaining the policies that created the trend does no good.
    Life is change. Status quo is death.

    Trump is largely ignorant of the free market. Hillary is an active enemy of the free market. Which does our economic health more harm?

    Hillary is corrupt throughout and without limit. Hillary, almost as much as Obama, is a conscious enemy of the United States of America. Trump at the least is pro-America.

    Glenn Beck related an interesting story about this phenomenon. Being the visible person he is, with the politics he has, meant he had to be careful in hiring a contractor. In the end, the contractor himself had to do the work, because none of the contractor's staff who were actually Americans stayed on the job long enough to get it done. It took a long time because one person is a lot slower than a whole team.
