I agree halfway. There is a lot of trust when someone takes evidence from a Crime Scene Investigator. When a CSI presents something that they worked on by themselves in a lab, the jury has to take it that they knew what they were doing and didn't alter anything.
What is the difference between Photoshop'ed images and showing me two DNA samples match. Due to the fact that I don't have any kind of training on matching DNA, how do I know they did it right or that even the ones they are showing me are identical? I wouldn't, but since they are CSI then they have a level of credibility to them. The same thing would go for Photoshop'ed images if it was done by a CSI.
Juries aren't usually trained for for a LOT that is presented in court cases. (DNA, fingerprints, imaging, etc) But they still take the evidence that is presented as it is.

I agree, no real threat to put them out of business, but you can bet that if enough people like them, there will be some at Cedar Point sooner rather than later.
It looks like a fairly cheap (and small real estate) way to add more variety. I would love to go hit the Demon Drop and the Mean Streak with a stop in between at one of the Robocoasters.

I suppose it really depends on how high you are and the speed it moves you. I'd get a rush from going from 0-60 MPH straight at the floor within a second regardless if I was only 30 feet in the air.
I've tried this with my land-line phone and it isn't that easy to get them to do it. I'm sure that a wireless company, since they charge by the airtime, would want to help you out on this more than SBC Ameritech would.
We kept getting calls from a telemarketing company in NYC where no one was ever on the other end of the line when we answered. When I asked Ameritech if they would block this particular phone number they said that could only do it if we reported it to the police as harassment and they got a court order to block it.
One more reason to drop my land-line altogether and stop shelling money to those people.
Definitely could be happening with our current technology, here's a past Slashdot posting talking about the same stuff that the car supposedly used. "the Bond franchise has definitely jumped the shark"?? Do you even read/. articles?
I'd have to agree on the PEBKAC, I'd have to say that's 75% of my dealings with end-users. Anyone know how many ACTUAL bugs (not enhancements, end-user idiocy, etc) that Mozilla actually had? I'd like to see that number next to the 200,000.
Or don't buy it. It doesn't need to be an expensive Christmas if you don't go consumer-crazy and throw your money away.

For only 250, this would seem like a really good idea for the general public. Those that aren't going to worry about the different formats.
Sometimes the price is worth it, and 250 compared to some of the hassle seems pretty cheap to me.
